Section 5

Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, measurements, descriptions, materials, and features accurately. However, differences in monitors, lighting, photography, manufacturing, or natural materials may cause minor variations.

Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly identified as exact.

We may update product designs, packaging, finishes, inserts, components, or other details when the change does not materially reduce the product’s intended functionality.

Availability is not guaranteed. We may discontinue products or limit purchase quantities at any time.

Glassware and glass-front products should be handled carefully. Broken glass may cause injury. Keep glass products, miniature bottles, small components, chains, and display accessories away from young children and pets.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in the order.

We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Pricing or product information is incorrect
  • Payment cannot be authorized
  • Shipping information is incomplete or invalid
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected
  • The order appears intended for unauthorized resale

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Section 7

Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on this website are in United States dollars.

Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize the applicable amount, including product charges, shipping charges, taxes, and other disclosed fees.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the order, delivery address, and legal requirements.

We may cancel an order placed using an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been issued. When that occurs, we will notify you and refund any amount already collected.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined
  • Discounts have no cash value

Section 9

Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be your responsibility.

When we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the stated or legally applicable period, we may contact you with a revised shipping estimate and provide any cancellation or refund options required by law.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, inventory interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local requirements unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Risk of loss and legal title will transfer as provided by applicable law and the terms governing the applicable carrier or sales platform.

Section 10

Amazon and Other Third-Party Orders

Orders placed through Amazon, Buy with Prime, or another third-party marketplace may be governed by that platform’s terms, payment procedures, shipping policies, cancellation procedures, and return requirements.

Amazon.com purchases must generally be managed through the customer’s Amazon account.

Buy with Prime orders must be managed through the applicable Buy with Prime order-confirmation link, order-details page, or Amazon-supported return process.

When a third-party platform’s mandatory terms conflict with these Terms, the platform’s terms will govern the portion of the transaction processed through that platform.

Section 11

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and order cancellations are governed by our current Returns and Refunds Policy.

You should review that policy before placing an order.

Products purchased through a third-party retailer must generally be returned through the retailer where the purchase was completed.

Nothing in these Terms limits return, refund, warranty, or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim involving a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
